Overview
Role Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of technical solutions. You will be responsible for translating high-level business goals into granular technical requirements, mapping complex use cases to scalable IT solutions, and overseeing the final validation of products through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements Lifecycle Management
Elicitation: Facilitate discovery workshops and interviews with executive stakeholders to identify core business needs.
Documentation: Author comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
Backlog Management: In Agile environments, translate requirements into well-defined User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria.
2. Solution Mapping & Technical Translation
Bridging the Gap: Act as the primary liaison between business units and Engineering/Dev teams to ensure technical designs meet business intent.
Use Case Modeling: Develop detailed Use Case Diagrams and process maps (BPMN) to illustrate how actors interact with system components.
Gap Analysis: Conduct "As-Is" vs. "To-Be" analysis to identify technical or process gaps and propose strategic optimizations.
3. Support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Test Strategy: Define the UAT scope and create test scenarios that mirror real-world business processes.
Coordination: Lead business users through the UAT cycle, managing defect triage and ensuring "Go/No-Go" decisions are data-driven.
Validation: Ensure the final delivery meets the "Definition of Done" and aligns with the original documented requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Experience: 5+ years in a BA or Technical Analyst role, ideally within a software development or digital transformation environment.
2. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in SQL (data querying), JIRA/Confluence, and process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
5. Methodologies: Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
6. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to perform data mapping, API integration analysis, and impact assessments.
7. Communication: Exceptional ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa.
