nROLE EXPECTATION

SWe are looking for a detail-oriented and outcome-driven Business Analyst to join. The role involves working closely with clients, product, design, and engineering teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirement gathering, process improvement, and stakeholder management, with the ability to operate across multiple projects in a dynamic digital product environment

.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE

• SWork closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, pain points, and requirements
• .Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements in the form of BRDs, PRDs, user stories, workflows, and functional specifications
• .Translate business needs into clear inputs for design and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding and feasibility
• .Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in existing processes and propose scalable solutions
• .Support project teams through requirement walkthroughs, clarifications, and ongoing change management
• .Collaborate with Product Managers and Project Managers to ensure scope clarity, prioritization, and smooth execution
• .Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
• .Assist technical teams with API requirement definition, integration understanding, testing support, and documentation
• .Track requirement changes, dependencies, and risks, and communicate impacts clearly to stakeholders
• .Use tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, Miro, and similar platforms for documentation, tracking, and collaboration
• .Measure outcomes and success metrics to evaluate whether delivered solutions meet business goals

• CE5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital product, technology, or consulting environment
