We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr Business Analyst

In This Role, You Will

• Create epics, user stories, manage product backlog, and provide functional support to business, product owner and agile team members
• Perform solution analysis to understand impact on customer journeys and product functionality
• Work within technology projects spanning across multiple systems and group businesses/functions. Support entire life-cycle of the project from user requirement gathering to go live
• Contribute to the development and learnability within Core banking, and where required, ability to lead a team of IT business analysts. Possess at least one (1) technical capability such as cloud, digital, security, micro services, architecture platform experience
• Have experience working in Agile teams using DevOps practices such as continuous integration, continuous deployment, and test automation. You will have working knowledge of Agile ways of working and tools (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, LEAN, JIRA, Confluence). Additionally, experience in Disciplined Agile and SAFE framework will be preferre
  
  

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Functional Knowledge

• Possess excellent techno-functional experience in Core Banking and primarily in payments or transaction management considered as domain expert.
• Excellent business analysis skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in handling medium sized projects, and handling product owner activities, collaborating with stakeholders and agile teams, spread across multiple locations
  
  

• • Certification as Product owner and Business analyst
  • MBA or CA or BE (computers) preferred or relevant banking experience
  • Certification in SAFE Agile preferred
