What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Business Analyst[FW1] , you will join a vibrant diverse team and closely work with national and international colleagues with different skills and backgrounds.

Main tasks will be:

• Analyze client-specific requirements.
• Collaborate directly with clients and other stakeholders in refining requirements and showcasing mockups and prototypes.
• Take care of designing, implementing, and testing functionality based on these requirements as part of new features or software improvements.
• Be end-to-end responsible for your tasks in terms of the agile software development process: from defining user stories, implementation, building and automated testing in a cutting-edge DevOps setup, creating documentation for clients and internal use.
• Contribute with your genuine personality to our team spirit and development.
• Design and automate testing.

Why We Should Decide on You:

• You hold a university degree in mathematics, physics, other natural science, computer science or similar (masters preferred),
• You are fluent in English as the primary working language of the team
• You are keen to gain a deep analytical understanding of problems, to devise solutions by thinking outside the box, and to put these solutions to work in a hands-on way, end-to-end
• Experience in requirements engineering is a plus
• You have experience with or are open to dig into software version control through Git and with collaborative work on a forge (e.g., GitLab, Bitbucket, etc.)
• A basic understanding of agile software development is a plus
• Experience with supranational regulatory reporting requirements is a plus
• You are eager to continuously learn new things, assume different perspectives and improve your skills
• You have a proactive and communicative personality and enjoy working in a diverse team
