Job Brief

One of our esteemed clients is seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst (BA) with experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). If you have worked with Conga CLM or similar tools like Salesforce and have been involved in IT project implementations, this role could be a great fit for you. You will collaborate closely with teams to initiate and support new CLM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyse business needs for CLM systems.
• Work with teams to gather and document clear project requirements.
• Help design and implement new CLM solutions (like Conga CLM or Salesforce).
• Talk to clients and understand their project goals.
• Share ideas with developers and testers to build the right features.
• Be part of customer meetings and explain project progress.
• Make sure the project is on time and meets business needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.
• Preferably worked with Conga CLM.
• Experience in Salesforce is a plus.
• Must have worked on IT project implementations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working in UK business hours.
• Able to join customer discussions confidently.
