Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of expertise in financial systems, specifically focusing on Omni Core Transactions and Omni Cash. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of annuity products, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical implementation. Experience with databases/SQL is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across business and IT.
- Document and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Omni Core Transactions, Omni Cash, and Annuities.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Validate system functionality through thorough UAT and support post-production activities.
- Prepare clear documentation including BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
- Serve as a liaison between business and technology to align solutions with goals.
Required Skills:
✅ 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services or insurance domain
✅ Strong knowledge of Omni Core Transactions and Omni Cash systems
✅ Functional expertise in Annuities, retirement solutions, or investment products
✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
✅ Hands-on experience with requirement documentation and process modeling
✅ Nice to have: Familiarity with databases (SQL) for data validation and analysis

Pay: ₹1,774,482.98 - ₹2,017,795.12 per year
