Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows File Servers to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Oversee the administration of Windows environments ensuring system integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Implement and manage VDI solutions specifically Windows Virtual Desktop to enhance remote work capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and improve user experience.
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Optimize cloud resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and scalability.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
- Document system configurations and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in cloud environments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and workflows.
- Possess strong expertise in Windows File Server Administration and Windows Administration.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing VDI solutions particularly Windows Virtual Desktop.
- Have a solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and best practices.
- Experience in Supply Chain Management is a plus enhancing domain-specific solutions.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively in English both written and spoken.
