We are seeking a skilled Cloud Jenkins Platform Support Engineer to join our customer location at Pune. If you’re passionate about joining a growing and dynamic team with a company with a positive culture and team spirit, we’d love to connect with you!

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and support Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, builds, and integrations.

Work with Git/BitBucket, branching strategies, and code management.

Integrate tools such as Maven, Artifactory, SonarQube, Ansible, and Terraform.

Support cloud platforms, PaaS environments, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Perform system administration on Linux/Unix/Windows environments.

Monitor systems using tools like Prometheus, Splunk, and Grafana.

Troubleshoot complex issues including stack traces, network issues, and distributed systems.

Support deployment automation, incident response, and root cause analysis.

Maintain runbooks, documentation, and follow ITIL/ITSM processes.

Requirements

Minimum 5-10 years of experience

Strong experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline management.

Hands-on experience with Git/BitBucket, Maven, Ansible, Terraform, or Chef.

Knowledge of cloud architecture, containerization, and distributed systems.

Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting production systems.

Understanding of RBAC, SSO, SAML, OAuth, or similar authentication protocols.

Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
