Senior Cloud Support Engineer
Job ID: Sen-ETP-Pun-1073
Location: Pune
Role:
- Support customer project deployments in AWS, Google Cloud (GCP) and Microsoft Azure
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient solutions
- Identify areas for improvement in system performance, reliability, and security
- Conduct regular performance testing, capacity planning, and optimization activities
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy new code to production environment
- Manage incident response with engineers and clients
- Work in rotating 24/7 shifts
Skills:
- Familiarity with the following technologies: Linux, git, ruby, bash, AWS / Azure / Google Cloud, Kubernetes, MySQL, Solr, Apache Tomcat, Java, Graylog, Kibana, Zabbix, and Datadog
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a cloud-based application environment
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to work in a client-facing role
