Description & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or a related subject
- Candidate must have minimum 5 to 8 years of experience, with high proficiency in the “Must Have” skill set. Hands on experience in designing and developing applications in Data Engineering.
Must Have
- Proficiency in ETL Tools (Alteryx primarily preferred – Secondary could be Informatica, DataStage, DMX.. Etc. ) Proficiency in parametrization for ETL jobs Strong SQL / PL-SQL experience
- Cloud experience with ETL & Data Warehouse (AWS Preferred) Any scripting experience (Python, Bash, Shell …Etc.)
- Must have 5+ yrs. experience in ETL tools like Informatica, DMX and Data analysis
- Must have strong hands-on experience in Oracle, SQL, PLSQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake.
- Must have hands on Data Warehousing
- Good to have experience in Python
- Hands on exposure into Unix, Unix shell Scripting
- Good to have experience in AWS cloud stack with experience in Aws S3 Athena preferred.
- Must understand any scheduling tools like, Autosys, Control-M, Tivoli etc
- Should be able to handle client independently, take up requirements and suggest solution whenever required.
