combining CGM sensors, Machine Learning, and Medical Science to improve human

metabolic health and reverse chronic disease through precision nutrition, progressive fitness

and behavioral health advice.

Sugarfit is expanding rapidly across different cities of India and we are looking for

experienced Senior Data Analysts to join our team.

Role: Senior Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

● Work independently to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights to

drive business decisions.Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract,

transform, and manipulate data efficiently (Non-negotiable)

● Develop and maintain Python scripts for data analysis, automation, and visualization.

● Use Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros) for quick ad-hoc

analysis and reporting.

● Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and

translate them into meaningful reports and dashboards.Identify trends, anomalies,

and patterns in data, providing recommendations for process improvements.

● Strong understanding of product, business, marketing metricsPresent findings clearly

to both technical and non-technical audiences, facilitating data-driven

decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

● 4-5 years of experience in a data analytics role.Strong expertise in SQL (complex

queries, optimization, indexing, joins, CTEs, window functions, etc.)

● Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, or similar

libraries).Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and

automation.

● Experience working with large datasets, relational databases, and ETL

processes.Strong business acumen with the ability to engage in meaningful

discussions with stakeholders.

● Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects

end-to-end.Excellent communication skills to present insights and influence

decision-making.

● Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) is a plus.
