Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Lead the design and architecture of data analytics solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data analytics strategies that align with business objectives.
- Design and develop advanced analytics models, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights.
- Utilize statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a leadership or technical lead role.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e. g., SQL, Python)
