We are seeking a dedicated, hard-working, and diligent Senior Data Analyst for our back-office customer support team.

How can you make an impact?

As our Senior Data Analyst, you are responsible for conducting analyses and studies using both qualitative and quantitative analytical methods. Analyze data to identify correlations between products, platforms, and customer contacts while providing additional insights related to performance trends and operational processes. Communicating with stakeholders of all levels is required.

This role requires working 6:30 PM - 3:00 AM IST, with flexibility to adjust to 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM IST during U.S. daylight savings time.

A typical day might include:

• Ability to present complex data findings across various levels within the organization
• Monitor and measure the impact of new business initiatives on customer experience
• Create new/strengthen existing metrics, to effectively measure business KPIs
• Develop and maintain data infrastructure to support automated and recurring data reports
• Perform ad hoc analysis as required, including primary/secondary research to ensure data accuracy and maintain data integrity
• Identify areas for improvement within various work groups based on data analysis and stay updated on emerging trends and user behaviors.
  
  

You should apply if:

• 5+ years of experience in a Data Analytics role
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related field
• Proficient in any data analysis tools such as SPSS, R, and/or Python
• General knowledge of Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics
• Intermediate to advanced SQL query skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Working knowledge of data visualization tools including Tableau or Alteryx
