About the Role

We’re looking for exceptional Data Analysts to join us and support our customer - a multi-billion-dollar US GCC and one of the world’s most iconic brands - at their Bengaluru hub. This is an exciting opportunity to work with massive, high-impact datasets, uncover meaningful insights, and shape strategic decisions across the business. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, tackle complex problems, and drive data-led solutions that directly influence the organization’s growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategy
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels
• Conduct statistical analysis to support hypothesis testing and business experimentation
• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to define key metrics and measurement frameworks
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in data workflows
• Ensure data quality and integrity across various data sources and reporting systems
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests and deep-dive investigations into business performance

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or related quantitative field

Technical Skills

• SQL: 3+ years of hands-on experience writing complex queries, performing data manipulation, and optimizing query performance
• Tableau: Proven ability to create compelling visualizations and interactive dashboards for business users
• Basic Statistics: Strong foundation in statistical concepts including hypothesis testing, probability distributions, regression analysis, and A,B testing methodologies

Experience

• 3-10 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical role
• Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets and draw meaningful conclusions
• Experience presenting analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with data
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Python: Experience with Python for data analysis using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib
• AI,MLFamiliarity with machine learning concepts and exposure to predictive modeling techniques
• Knowledge of additional BI tools or data visualization platforms
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Understanding of e-commerce, marketplace, or technology industry dynamics

Work Model

1. This is a hybrid position(3 days a week) requiring presence in our GCC customer's Bellandur, Bengaluru office as per team guidelines, with flexibility for remote work.
2. GCC Customer will provide experience certificate for exclusively working for them.
3. This will be contract position for a year. But there is a high chance of continuity with
4. Further extension of contract with same GCC customer
5. Absorption with this customer when full time roles open and
6. Continued work with us for similar other customers
