You will work on research and analytics projects that help teams make better business decisions. The role involves translating business questions into clear analytical approaches, working with structured and unstructured data, supporting research design, and generating actionable insights through data analysis and market understanding. You will partner with internal stakeholders to scope projects, perform analyses, build meaningful narratives from findings, and contribute to end-to-end delivery of studies and initiatives. In addition to core analytics, you will also apply data science thinking where relevant – such as exploratory modelling, segmentation, forecasting, experimentation, or AI-enabled analysis – to deepen insights and improve decision quality. This role is ideal for someone with around 5 years of experience who is comfortable balancing hands-on analysis with stakeholder collaboration and project ownership.
- 3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or Research & Analytics roles.
- Strong experience in quantitative analysis, secondary research, and large-scale data analysis to generate actionable business insights.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, ClickHouse, Python/R, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
- Working knowledge of data science techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, forecasting, experimentation, and statistical modeling.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and GenAI tools for insight generation, text analysis, summarization, and workflow automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with effective planning and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
- Partner with business teams to translate key questions into structured analytics, research, and data science problem statements.
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Support decision-making through dashboards, ad hoc analysis, research, and data-driven recommendations.
- Drive end-to-end analytics and research projects, including study design, analytical frameworks, and insight presentation.
- Apply data science techniques such as segmentation, forecasting, classification, experimentation, and statistical modeling to solve business problems.
- Leverage AI/GenAI tools to accelerate analysis, generate insights, summarize findings, and improve productivity.
