Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our data engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python and SQL, and a passion for solving complex data problems from end to end—from understanding business requirements to implementing scalable production solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines using Python and SQL.
- Analyze and understand source systems and data flows.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across systems and platforms.
- Optimize existing data pipelines and queries for performance and scalability.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing, scripting, and analytics.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining data pipelines in a production environment.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL Database).
- Experience with Databricks for big data processing and collaborative data analytics.
- Exposure to Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) or a willingness to learn.
