Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer / Data Scientist with 6+ years of experience in Python, PySpark, Hadoop, HIVE, Model Building, Model Analysis, and TensorFlow. The ideal candidate will work on designing, developing, and optimizing large-scale data processing and machine learning models to drive business insights and decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain data pipelines using Python, PySpark, Hadoop, and HIVE.
• Design and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics and business intelligence.
• Perform model analysis, feature engineering, and hyperparameter tuning to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Work with distributed computing frameworks to process large-scale datasets efficiently.
• Utilize TensorFlow and deep learning frameworks for building advanced AI/ML models.
• Implement and maintain Notebooks (Jupyter, Databricks) for data exploration and modeling.
• Develop and deploy scalable ETL workflows and integrate them with cloud-based big data solutions.
• Use Git and JIRA for version control and agile project management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and software developers.
• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance with best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering or data science.
• Strong expertise in Python, PySpark, Hadoop, and HIVE for big data processing.
• Hands-on experience in machine learning model building, model analysis, and feature engineering.
• Deep understanding of TensorFlow, Keras, or similar deep learning frameworks.
• Proficiency in working with Notebooks (Jupyter, Databricks, or Zeppelin).
• Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git for version control and JIRA for project tracking.
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, machine learning, and big data analytics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
