Role Overview

HolboxAI is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Data Scientist to contribute to our Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML models, frameworks, and AI-driven products. You will collaborate with a talented team of engineers and data scientists to create scalable, robust AI solutions that empower our customers and partners with next-generation technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to the development of AI/ML solutions aligned with HolboxAI’s business goals.
• Design and build scalable AI/ML architectures using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Research, develop, and deploy Machine Learning models, including Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
• Implement cutting-edge AI technologies such as Large Language Models, Diffusion Models, and Agentic AI systems.
• Work on end-to-end AI product development — from prototyping to production.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver impactful AI-powered features.
• Stay up to date with advancements in AI/ML to identify new opportunities and improvements.
• Participate in technical discussions, demos, and presentations to stakeholders and clients.
• Support and contribute to MLOps practices for scalable and maintainable AI deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models in production.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML workloads.
• Strong understanding of data science practices including feature engineering and statistical analysis.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience working with Generative AI models such as LLMs and Diffusion Models.
• Familiarity with building and integrating Agentic AI systems.
• Understanding of MLOps concepts and experience with related tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Experience deploying large-scale AI/ML systems with a focus on performance and efficiency.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for AI.
• Industry certifications in Cloud or AI technologies (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
• Contributions to AI research or open-source projects are a plus.
