About the Role:

CloudBees is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Data Scientist to join our Business Operations team. In this role, you will collaborate cross-departmentally to drive analytical rigor, data-driven insight, and predictive modeling to power strategic decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments (e.g. Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, HR) to identify, scope, and deliver impactful analytical and predictive modeling projects.
• Leverage expertise in data curation and statistical analysis to uncover trends, test hypotheses, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Design and build robust dashboards and reports in Tableau to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and analyses using Snowflake and languages such as SQL and Python.
• Drive innovation in data science at CloudBees by advancing our predictive analytics capabilities (e.g. forecasting, churn modeling, segmentation).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and best practices in analytics across the business.
• Present complex findings in clear, concise ways to both technical and executive audiences.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency with languages like SQL, Python, and experience delivering data curation and predictive modelling projects.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (preferably Tableau) for data visualization and Snowflake for data warehousing.
• Track record of working cross-functionally and translating business problems into statistical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team.
• Comfortable working European hours from India.
