Senior Developer (Full-Stack) – 3+ Years Experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and development
• Work on both backend (Node.js/Python) & frontend (React.js/Next.js)
• Develop secure and scalable APIs for lead management, university matching, and applications
• Optimize database structure & queries (PostgreSQL / MongoDB)
• Integrate AI-based chatbots for automating lead interactions
• Oversee the task manager, EOD reports, and commission tracking system
• Guide and mentor junior developers

Required Skills:

Backend: Node.js (Express.js) / Python (Django, FastAPI)
Frontend: React.js / Next.js, Tailwind CSS
Database: PostgreSQL / MongoDB
API Development: RESTful APIs, GraphQL
Cloud & Deployment: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda), Docker, Kubernetes
AI Integration (Preferred): OpenAI API, LangChain

Experience:

3+ years in full-stack development

Proven experience leading a development team

Strong knowledge of database architecture & system design

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹780,000.00 per year
