Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced DevOps Engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and is excited to work on automation, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable infrastructure. You'll play a key role in designing and implementing cloud-native solutions while supporting cutting-edge applications in the biotechnology domain.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate and experienced DevOps Engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and is excited to work on automation, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable infrastructure. You'll play a key role in designing and implementing cloud-native solutions while supporting cutting-edge applications in the biotechnology domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket/GitHub and Jenkins
- Write efficient and scalable automation scripts using Python or Groovy
- Manage and provision infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation
- Work extensively with AWS services such as EC2, EBS, RDS, IAM, VPC, Lambda, S3, and EKS
- Build, deploy, and manage Docker containers and Kubernetes-based environments on EKS
- Administer both Linux/Unix and Windows systems
- Implement and manage monitoring systems like Prometheus, Grafana, and Alert Manager
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application-level issues quickly and :
- 5-10 years of experience in DevOps roles with hands-on expertise in :
- AWS, Python, Groovy, and Jenkins
- Infrastructure as code Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and best practices
- Proven experience with CI/CD automation and cloud deployments
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., New Relic, PagerDuty, Splunk, CloudWatch)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies independently
