Senior Devops Engineer - GCP

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with solid hands-on experience in Amazon EKS and Google GKE, infrastructure as code using Terraform, and CI/CD pipeline implementation using GitHub Workflows. You will play a crucial role in managing infrastructure automation, container orchestration, system scalability, and deployment workflows in a high-performance Unix-based environment.

Requirements :

·      5+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineering roles.

·      Proven hands-on experience with Amazon EKS and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

·      Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and state management.

·      Strong knowledge of CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions, GitHub Enterprise, or equivalent tools.

·      Solid understanding and administration of Unix/Linux environments.

·      Experience with database scaling, query optimization, and cloud-native storage solutions (e.g., RDS, Cloud SQL).

·      Expertise in container technologies (Docker, Helm, etc.).

·      Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar.

Responsibilities :

·      Design, build, and manage scalable and secure infrastructure on AWS EKS and Google GKE.

·      Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform (IaC) across multi-cloud environments.

·      Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions/Workflows.

·      Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

·      Implement database performance tuning, monitoring, and horizontal/vertical scaling strategies.

·      Perform advanced troubleshooting of Linux/Unix environments, system performance issues, and security bottlenecks.

·      Collaborate with development and QA teams to enable efficient DevOps workflows.

·      Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with security and operational policies.
