Senior DevOps Engineer

Ciklum is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:

As a Senior Software Engineer on the DevOps team, you will own critical infrastructure systems that keep client's agentic AI platform running reliably. You'll design CI/CD pipelines for both application and ML stacks, build observability infrastructure, and ensure our platform scales to meet enterprise demand.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for application code
• Build and optimize Kubernetes infrastructure workloads
• Implement GitOps workflows with progressive rollouts and feature flags
• Deploy and scale Temporal clusters for durable workflow execution
• Build observability infrastructure integrating Langfuse and Arize Phoenix for agent tracing
• Implement LLM gateway/proxy infrastructure for routing, rate limiting, and cost tracking
• Design and operate vector database infrastructure (Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar)
• Establish SLOs and reliability targets for critical platform services
• Automate compliance evidence collection and audit log infrastructure
• Drive AI-native practices for infrastructure automation

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
• Expert AI-native development capability (mandatory)
• Strong proficiency in Python and Go
• Deep expertise in 2-3 of the following:
• Kubernetes at scale (multi-cluster, GPU workloads)
• CI/CD architecture
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) at production scale
• Observability platforms (distributed tracing, metrics, logging)
• Infrastructure as Code at scale
• Reliability engineering and incident management
• Understanding of security best practices in CI/CD
