What will you be doing?

• Architect, optimize, and manage secure, scalable AWS cloud infrastructure powering a cutting-edge fintech platform.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of cloud-based resources. Collaborate with development, research, and DevOps teams to define cloud infrastructure requirements.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for provisioning, configuration, and management of cloud environments.
• Provide support for cloud environment setup and management, including EKS, virtual machines, networking, storage, and security. Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and provide effective solutions to enhance environment stability.
• Manage and optimize production environments, ensuring high availability and system resilience.
• Stay up-to-date with cloud trends, best practices, new features within AWS & with the latest technologies and tools in the DevOps space.
• Do thorough knowledge transfer with the team and help the team in build, network & deployment related issues.
• Promote DevOps principles and practices within the organization.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, optimize resource usage, and reduce costs.

Requirements:

🎯 Ideal Candidate:

• Willingness to offer on-call support around the clock.
• 7+ years of experience in AWS cloud engineering. EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch are a must.
• Strong understanding of AWS cloud platform
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Proven experience with IAC, Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar
• Experience managing cloud networking, storage, and security in non-production environments
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.)
• Proficiency experience in working with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitLab and ArgoCD.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues
• Know-how of setting and leveraging with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, etc)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Should be able to effectively communicate technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
