Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Team Leader with a strong background in Microsoft .NET and C# .NET Core to lead our team of developers and engineers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on Industry 4.0 and Manufacturing Execution Systems. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of C# development principles and best practices and experience working with .NET or C#-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of developers and engineers to design, develop, and implement Industry 4.0 and Manufacturing Execution Systems solutions using Microsoft .NET and C# .NET Core.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and develop project plans and timelines.

3. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.

4. Ensure coding standards, best practices, and industry regulations are adhered to.

5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

6. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements, and develop project plans and timelines.

7. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on Industry 4.0 and Manufacturing Execution Systems.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft .NET and C# .NET Core, with a strong understanding of C# development principles and best practices, including:

1. C# 8.0 and later versions

2. .NET Core 3.1 and later versions

3. ASP.NET Core Web API and MVC

4. Entity Framework Core

5. Dependency Injection and IoC containers

6. Unit testing and integration testing using xUnit and Moq

3. Experience working with .NET or C#-based ERP products, such as Microsoft Dynamics or SAP, is highly preferred.

4. Proven ability to lead a team and manage complex projects, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.

6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as Azure or AWS

2. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins

3. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban

4. Experience with front-end development frameworks, such as React or Angular

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
