Role Overview
This is a strong execution role responsible for building high-quality, scalable, and responsive front-end features for the product.

As a senior front-end developer, you will work closely with product, design, backend, and QA teams to develop user-facing features, improve application performance, and ensure a seamless user experience. You will also support junior developers and contribute to stronger development practices within the team.

Key Responsibilities
A. Front End Development
• Develop, test, and maintain front-end features, screens, and reusable components.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and high-quality interfaces.
• Ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable code across assigned modules.
B. Quality & Performance
• Resolve bugs, improve application performance, and support front-end optimization.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Ensure front-end output meets functional and usability expectations.
C. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams for requirement understanding and timely delivery.
• Support implementation discussions and issue resolution during development and release cycles.
• Assist in improving front-end consistency and user experience.

Qualifications
• Graduate in engineering, computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Certification in front-end frameworks / JavaScript is a plus.

Experience
• 5-7years of experience in front-end development in SaaS, product, or technology environments.
• Must have exposure to:
o Front-end feature development
o Responsive UI implementation
o Debugging and performance improvement
o Working with Design, Backend, and QA teams
