Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer (8+ Years Experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer with 5+ years of experience in frontend development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building hybrid mobile applications, expertise in the Edtech domain, and hands-on experience with Ionic, Angular, React, and React Native. This role requires advanced knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and experience in integrating third-party services like CRMs, WhatsApp, Zoom, and live streaming functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain hybrid mobile applications using Ionic and integrate them with native platforms.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant applications.

3. Integrate third-party services such as CRMs, WhatsApp, Zoom, and live streaming functionalities (e.g., live classes with YouTube and Zoom) into mobile applications.

4. Implement silent update features in Ionic applications.

5. Develop and deploy applications for Android & iOS platforms, including managing Play Console and App Store deployments.

6. Create Release APKs and ensure seamless app updates.

7. Optimize applications for high traffic, performance, and scalability.

8. Work on CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git, Jenkins, and Docker.

9. Write unit tests and implement automated testing frameworks such as Jest and Mocha.

10. Integrate third-party services, including payment gateways, APIs, and authentication services.

11. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure best practices are followed.

12. Perform technology upgradation and integrate NPM packages using official documentation.

13. As a Sr Developer you are responsible for leading the technical projects , Guide and mentor the development team on best coding practices, architecture, and design patterns

14. Provide guidance and mentorship to other developers and engineers, Conduct technical training sessions and knowledge-sharing meetings.

15. You will be getting realistic assignments at one time with reasonable timelines to complete your assigned task; whatever task you will be getting, you need to do it with thorough perfection and with the best of your intelligence levels.

17. You have to complete work within the assigned timelines, and you have to keep a multiple-tasking approach and do your work with complete dedication and focus.

Required Skills :

Must Have:

• 8+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Expertise in Ionic, Angular, and React (advanced knowledge).
• Strong proficiency in Advanced JavaScript, Advanced TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and React Native.
• Hands-on experience with Android Studio.
• Experience in the Edtech Domain (mandatory) and Retail Domain.
• Knowledge of integrating live streaming (e.g., live classes with YouTube and Zoom) in mobile applications.
• Experience in Android & iOS app development, including Play Console and App Store deployment.
• Proven experience in creating Release APKs.
• Familiarity with third-party integrations like payment gateways, APIs, and authentication services.
• Experience in integrating third-party services such as CRMs, WhatsApp, Zoom, and live streaming functionalities into mobile applications.
• Ability to integrate NPM packages using official documentation.
• Experience in technology upgradation.

Good to Have:

• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, and BlueOcean.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and Docker.
• Strong understanding of unit testing and automated testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha).

Other managerial skills

- Leadership quality : Must have exposures to all phases of team management including guiding & motivating junior developers and QA, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality deliverables.

- Quality Assurance: Regular test automation, defect tracking, and governance for architecture design to maintain high standards of software quality.

- Problem Solving: Must be proficient in resolving technical issues & new challenges, enhancing scalability, and delivering robust and scalable solutions.

Compensation:

Medical Insurance + Bonus + Gratuity + Leave Encashment + PF + Performance based yearly Increments

Employment:

· Mode of working: Work from Office

· No. of working days: 6 days a week (Third Saturday Off)

· Shift Time: 09:30am to 6:00pm or 10:00am to 06:30pm
