Senior Front End Developer – Angular JS

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Front End Developer with deep expertise in AngularJS (1.x) to join our Jaipur team. You’ll play a leading role in designing and developing robust, scalable front-end architectures and mentoring junior developers. Your work will be critical to building seamless user experiences across complex applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of web applications using AngularJS (1.x).
• Architect and implement scalable front-end solutions using MVC patterns.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend developers to deliver intuitive, performant UIs.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and performance optimization.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior team members.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous data interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with legacy and modern front-end technologies, advocating improvements.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of front-end development experience, with strong hands-on experience in AngularJS (1.x).
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SASS/LESS.
• In-depth understanding of AngularJS concepts like $scope, directives, services, two-way data binding, and dependency injection.
• Proficient in using Grunt, Gulp, or similar build tools.
• Solid experience with AJAX, RESTful APIs, and JSON.
• Familiar with Git, version control workflows, and code deployment.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead technical discussions.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with migrating AngularJS apps to modern frameworks (Angular 2+/React).
• Familiarity with backend technologies like Node.js, PHP, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Mocha, or Karma.
• Understanding of accessibility, SEO, and security best practices.
• Exposure to Docker, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
