Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Frontend Developer with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in building and evolving the user experience for our web-based products and customer-facing tools. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to build highly responsive, intuitive, and scalable frontend applications that power customer onboarding, reporting dashboards, internal tools, and more.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain frontend applications using React (with modern frameworks and libraries).
• Collaborate with product and design teams to build user-centric, highly functional UIs aligned with business needs.
• Implement responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible interfaces.
• Optimize performance for speed, scalability, and smooth user experience.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs and services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, and participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
• Identify technical challenges, propose solutions, and actively contribute to architectural discussions.
• Work collaboratively with backend and infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of features.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field from Tier 1, Tier 2 Institutes, or 90th+ percentile candidates from Tier 3.
• 3-5 years of experience building modern frontend applications using React.js (including Hooks, Context API, functional components).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related frontend technologies.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and handling data-heavy UI components.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux or equivalent).
• Understanding of component-driven architecture and reusable UI patterns.
• Familiarity with performance optimization, accessibility standards, and cross-browser development.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Exposure to AWS infrastructure or working alongside backend teams using AWS services (Lambda, RDS, OpenSearch, etc).
