Senior Full Stack Backend Developer

Overview

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Backend Developer with 5+ years of experience and a proven track record in backend-focused development. The ideal candidate will not only have deep technical expertise but also experience leading and managing development teams. This is a strategic role where you will drive backend architecture, mentor team members, and ensure project delivery with high quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure backend systems
• Take ownership of backend architecture and infrastructure decisions
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering technical growth and best practices
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and frontend developers
• Build, optimize, and maintain APIs and backend services using Node.js and related technologies
• Oversee database management with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability of applications
• Manage deployment and cloud operations on AWS
• Conduct code reviews, set coding standards, and drive continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong backend focus
• Proven experience in leading a development team or managing junior engineers
• Expertise in Node.js, Express.js, Next.js, and React.js
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and deployments
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, system design, and application security
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
• Familiarity with GraphQL and microservices architecture
• Agile/Scrum experience

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
