Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team at NCG. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications using the latest technologies in the Microsoft ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to design and develop full-stack solutions that align with business objectives.

As a technical leader, you will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers, ensuring high standards of code quality, and driving best practices across the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications using .NET, .NET Core, and MVC frameworks
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Implement best practices including Test-Driven Development (TDD), CI/CD, and secure coding principles
• Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing applications for performance and scalability
• Stay updated on the latest trends in full-stack development and contribute to technology

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to promote collaboration and transparency
• Prepare technical documentation and status reports for :
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in .NET full-stack development
• Strong expertise in .NET, .NET Core, MVC, and front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3,
  
  

JavaScript, and modern frameworks

• Experience working with Azure cloud services and DevOps pipelines
• Solid experience with REST API development and microservices architecture
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
