Senior Full Stack Developer (Remote, India)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with genuine experience in both frontend and backend development. You will play a key role in designing and implementing responsive, high-performance web and mobile applications. If you excel at crafting seamless user experiences using React.js, Node.js, Angular, or React Native, and thrive in a remote work environment, we’d love to meet you.

Salary Range

• INR 5–8 Lakhs per annum (based on experience and expertise)
• Performance Bonus in addition to the base salary

Location

• Remote (Work from anywhere in India)

Key ResponsibilitiesFull Stack Development

• Frontend (React/Angular)
• Build responsive, mobile-friendly user interfaces using React.js or Angular.
• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (or Angular-based mobile frameworks, if applicable).
• Implement CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material-UI) for styling and layout.
• Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and user-centric applications.
• Backend (Node.js)
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js (and relevant frameworks like Express or NestJS).
• Integrate databases (SQL or NoSQL) to ensure secure and scalable data storage.
• Optimize application performance and ensure the system is highly available and fault-tolerant.

Testing & Debugging

• Perform thorough unit testing and integration testing to maintain code quality.
• Debug and optimize both frontend and backend components.
• Conduct root cause analysis for bugs and develop sustainable solutions.

Deployment & Maintenance

• Deploy web applications and services to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premise servers as required.
• Manage version control and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Monitor application health, performance, and security, resolving issues proactively.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to define new features and enhancements.
• Participate in scrum meetings, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Effectively communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions with all stakeholders.

Skills and QualificationsMandatory Skills

• Frontend: Proficiency in React.js or Angular for building modern, responsive UIs.
• Mobile Development: Experience with React Native or similar frameworks for cross-platform mobile applications.
• Backend: Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express or NestJS.
• Database: Familiarity with SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
• Version Control: Proficient with Git and Git-based workflows.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with an ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• TypeScript for building scalable frontend and backend applications.
• Familiarity with Next.js or other SSR frameworks.
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.

Experience and Education

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in full-stack development with a strong portfolio of web and mobile projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end projects from design to deployment.
