Senior Full Stack Developer

Overview

• About the Role: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in building and scaling a high-impact SaaS product. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about clean code, and wants to play a key role in shaping the technical foundation of our growing platform. He will be working with React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB to build a modern, scalable, and secure web application for our global user base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement front-end interfaces using React.js with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Develop and maintain scalable back-end services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Architect and manage data structures and queries using MongoDB for high performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure high code quality through automated testing, peer reviews, and CI/CD practices.
• Contribute to the overall software architecture and make decisions on the best technologies and tools to use.
• Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers within the team. Help ensure system security and compliance standards are met (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2 depending on the SaaS focus).
• Monitor performance and implement improvements as needed to maintain a fast, reliable SaaS experience.
