Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developers to join our development team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining both the frontend and backend of our applications. You’ll be working closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to build scalable, secure, and efficient web applications for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development:
• Design and implement interactive and responsive user interfaces using technologies like React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other modern frontend libraries.
• Optimize user experiences with clean, maintainable code and performance improvements.
• Work closely with the UI/UX team to create user-centric designs and ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Backend Development:
• Develop and maintain Node.js based server-side applications using Express.js or similar frameworks.
• Build, test, and deploy RESTful APIs for integration with social media platforms, databases, and third-party services.
• Manage and integrate databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.) to store and retrieve data efficiently.
• Implement authentication and authorization protocols (e.g., OAuth2, JWT) for user security.
• Full Stack Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other backend and frontend developers to deliver seamless, full-stack solutions.
• Participate in agile development cycles, sprints, and regular code reviews.
• Ensure that all code is optimized for scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Testing & Debugging:
• Conduct regular unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure the smooth functionality of both frontend and backend features.
• Write clear and well-documented code with testing in mind.
• Deployment & Maintenance:
• Deploy applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or similar) and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure application stability and reliability through routine maintenance and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven Experience:
• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript, with experience using React.js for frontend development and Node.js for backend development.
• Experience with RESTful API development and working with modern backend technologies like Express.js or Koa.js.
• Backend Skills:
• Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth2, JWT).
• Understanding of cloud-based hosting environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Frontend Skills:
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and related libraries like Redux.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of frontend build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
• Version Control:
• Proficiency with Git and understanding of Git workflows (e.g., branching, pull requests, merging).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Passion for clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing requirements.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with GraphQL or other advanced data query languages.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
• Experience with WebSockets or real-time application development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI).
