Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will leverage your expertise in .NET, C#, and Angular to design, develop and maintain high-quality software applications tailored to the maritime and corporate travel sectors. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, ensuring the seamless integration of new features and enhancing existing functionalities. You will play a critical role in driving innovation, improving application performance and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Lead the design, development and implementation of software applications using .NET, C#, and Angular to meet business requirements.
- System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of new features and enhancements into existing systems, maintaining high performance and reliability.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
- Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- User Requirements: Analyse and understand user requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables and resolve any issues promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, processes and system configurations to support ongoing maintenance and future development.
- Performance Optimisation: Continuously monitor and optimise application performance, implementing improvements as needed.
- Stakeholder Communication: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, provide updates and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- High-performance, reliable and scalable software solutions that meet user requirements and business goals.
Ongoing Responsibilities:
- Regularly update and maintain existing applications to ensure they remain current and effective.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for software applications.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, I.T. or related field
- Substantial experience as a senior full stack developer
- Problem Solution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in ASP, NET, MVC and .NET core frameworks for building high performing web applications
- Experience with cloud platforms, such as Azure
- Understanding security principles and best practices
- Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL server and oracle
- Experience of leading and mentoring a team
- Critical Thinker
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Stake holder management and wider business collaboration abilities
- A strategic thinker (specifically relating to architectural decisions, trade-offs, business value alignment)
- Open to continuous Learning & Adaptability.
