What You’ll Do

Collaborate with designers and engineers to build high-quality, scalable web products

Work closely with customers and partners to translate real-world hiring challenges into powerful product features

Write clean, efficient, and production-grade code to ship impactful releases

Take end-to-end ownership of features — from architecture to deployment and optimization

Leverage modern tools, frameworks, and third-party services to accelerate innovation

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s in Engineering, MCA, or equivalent

Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming

Experience working in Agile environments

Solid understanding of web frameworks, version control systems (Git), and build tools

Experience with C# or Java is an added advantage

4–8 years of hands-on development experience
