We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js, Java, AWS, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cloud-native application development, observability tools, and scalable distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js and Java
• Build and manage Microservices-based architectures
• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS
• Implement APIs, integrations, and event-driven services
• Ensure application scalability, reliability, security, and performance
• Work closely with DevOps and SRE teams for CI/CD and infrastructure automation
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
• Mentor junior developers and participate in technical design discussions

Required Skills

6-9 Years of experiance in Node JS/Java

• Strong hands-on experience in Node.js
• Strong hands-on experience in Java / Spring Boot
• Strong hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Services
• Strong hands-on experience in Microservices Architecture
• Experience with REST APIs, Docker & Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Git and version control systems
• Monitoring & Observability tools: Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana
• Good understanding of distributed systems, system design, performance optimization, and security best practices
