Job Description :
The ideal candidate should have expertise in both frontend and backend development, be capable of building complete software solutions (web & app), and lead a development team while managing projects efficiently from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain frontend (React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, etc.).
- Architect, develop, and optimize databases (SQL, NoSQL) and API integrations.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of applications.
- Lead a team of developers, provide mentorship, and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, testers, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee project architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement best practices.
Requirements:
- Expertise in frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET).
- Experience in mobile app development (Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin – a plus).
- Strong understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of AI/ML, blockchain, or cybersecurity is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
