Senior Full Stack Developer – Fintech/Trading Domain

Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with proven experience in frontend, backend, database architecture, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying trading and financial platforms for our in-house projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a small team of frontend and backend developers.
• Architect, develop, and maintain full stack trading/fintech applications.
• Build scalable APIs and integrate third-party services (e.g., broker APIs, payment gateways).
• Ensure platform security, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product teams for clean and user-friendly designs.
• Conduct code reviews and implement best coding practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimize backend services and database queries.

Required Skills:

• Frontend: React.js / Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind or Bootstrap
• Backend: Node.js / Express / Django / Python
• Database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL (experience designing and optimizing schemas)
• RESTful API development and integration
• Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or stock market-related applications is mandatory
• Knowledge of charting libraries, market data APIs, or broker integrations is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of full-stack development experience
• Prior work in a fintech or stock trading environment required
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
