About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead development across the full stack using Node.js, React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
2. Integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) into backend systems and front-end experiences.
3. Guide, mentor, and review the work of interns and junior developers.
4. Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
5. Manage end-to-end deployment (Vercel, AWS, Cloudflare, etc.).
6. Collaborate with the founder and content teams to turn ideas into real, production-ready products.
7. Maintain project timelines, task assignments, and documentation.
