Senior Full Stack Developer (React + Node.js)

About the Project
We’re building a modern internal SaaS platform for one of Europe’s leading research organizations. The product will serve 2500+ users across dashboards, AI-assisted summaries, newsletters, and market insight workflows.

We’ve already demoed an early prototype. Now we’re looking for a senior developer to take over and create the real production-ready system using modern tools and best practices.

What You’ll Be Working On
- Frontend SPAs using React + Vite + Tailwind CSS
- Backend APIs in Node.js (Express or Fastify)
- Integrations with Azure AD SSO, Microsoft 365 APIs, and Salesforce
- PostgreSQL schema design and backend logic
- Deployments to AWS (RDS, S3, CloudFront, ECS/Lambda)
- Implementing secure auth/session flows with JWTs
- Wrapping OpenAI APIs for AI-powered features (summarization, tagging)

Working with the founder & product team to deliver each module as a self-contained app

What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in full-stack development
- Deep expertise in React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with Vite, Tailwind, React Router, and modular architecture
- Strong understanding of authentication, JWT, and session management
- Experience working with AWS (or willing to learn)

Bonus: experience using or integrating OpenAI, LangChain, or similar LLM APIs

Bonus: experience working with Replit, GitHub Actions, and containerized deployments

- You’ve worked in startups or fast-paced teams before
- You can communicate clearly and work async without constant hand-holding
