Senior Full Stack Web Developer

Overview

Core Skills Required

• Node.js – Advanced understanding of asynchronous programming, API architecture, error handling, and Express.js
• React.js – Hands-on experience with component-based UI development, hooks, state management (Redux/Context)
• MongoDB – Strong understanding of document-based schema design, data modeling, and aggregation pipelines
• RESTful API design and integration
• Version control using Git and GitHub
• Experience with performance tuning, caching, and security best practices

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using the MERN stack
• Architect backend systems, API endpoints, and microservices in Node.js/Express
• Build modern, responsive React.js interfaces that work seamlessly on desktop and mobile
• Develop and optimize MongoDB schemas for high-performance read/write operations
• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and set engineering standards
• Deploy and monitor applications using cloud services (AWS/GCP preferred) and CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure data security, application speed, and code maintainability across systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
