We need an engineer who doesn't just write code but builds resilient systems that solve real-world healthcare logistics and patient care challenges.

What you'll do

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will be the bridge between complex operational workflows and seamless digital experiences.

• You will lead the high-stakes transition from our legacy, early-stage systems into resilient, high-performance, and deeply scalable infrastructure. You aren’t just patching code; you are replacing "naive" architectures with systems designed to handle our next 10x growth phase.
• You will be owning critical workflows that power the entire patient journey; from sample collection to report delivery.
• You will build the "Internal OS" that makes our Operations team 10x more efficient through automation, smart routing, and real-time tracking.
• You will act as a technical partner to Product and Ops, translating complex real-world healthcare logistics into elegant, automated software solutions.

What we are looking for

• Proven track record of building and maintaining software in a high-traffic production environment.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in the Django ecosystem.
• Ability to work with Modern Frontend Frameworks, preferably React.
• Expert-level knowledge of schema design, complex query optimization, and performance tuning
• Demonstrated ability to architect distributed systems that are resilient to failure and easy to scale.
• Practical experience with AWS, Docker, and Unix-based environments.
