Senior Game Developer

Overview

About the job:

Minimum 3 to 5 Year experinced skilled game developers needed.
Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain games using Unity and/or Unreal Engine for mobile, PC, and immersive platforms.
2. Build and integrate multiplayer systems (real-time or turn-based) using networking frameworks such as Photon, Mirror, or Unreal networking.
3. Work on AR/VR experiences including interaction systems, performance optimization, and device compatibility.
4. Implement core gameplay systems, UI, physics, and animations with scalable architecture.
5. Collaborate with backend teams for APIs, databases, matchmaking, and live game features.
6. Optimize performance for different devices, especially mobile and standalone VR headsets.
7. Debug complex issues related to networking, memory, and real-time gameplay.
Stay updated with emerging technologies like Web3, blockchain gaming, and metaverse ecosystems.

Skills required:

Other Requirements:

Hands-on experience with multiplayer game development (Photon, Mirror, Netcode, or Unreal replication).

Exposure to AR/VR development (Oculus, OpenXR, AR Foundation, Vuforia, etc.).

Understanding of backend integration (REST APIs, Firebase, PlayFab, or similar services).

Familiarity with blockchain/Web3 concepts (NFTs, wallets, smart contracts) in gaming is a strong plus.

Experience optimizing games for performance (FPS stability, memory, device compatibility).

Portfolio with at least 5 to 6 completed or playable game project (very important).

Ability to work in a team and handle real production workflows, not just tutorials.
