Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to bridges the gap between the technical environment and the business by gathering requirements and using data analytics to assess processes and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, to support decisions for new or changed IS solutions/services. The work model for the role is Hybrid This role is contributing to the Core IS Services in Bangalore Location. You will be mainly accountable for:

• Co-develops and supports the governance process for CIAM solution demand and delivery across the enterprise.
• Provides expert consultancy services to stakeholders across ABB businesses and functions, ensuring alignment to CIAM best practices.
• Maintains a customer-centric, value-driven approach – identifying business opportunities, benefits, and advocating for scalable, user-friendly solutions.
• Collaborates with Architecture teams to evaluate complex use cases and recommend optimal CIAM solutions.
• Balances lean, simplified processes with customer experience and compliance, ensuring tailored, secure, and seamless CIAM journeys
  
  

Qualifications For The Role

• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Math or similar, alternatively a degree in Management or similar.
• 8+ years of experience in overall IT, including 3+ years in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, Product Management or similar.
• The role demands strong governance to manage regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR), enable digital business models, and integrate with complex ecosystems. Timely delivery is critical, as CIAM capabilities often underpin product launches, partner onboarding, and M&A transitions. Missteps could impact customer trust, revenue, and brand reputation.
• ITIL 4.0 Foundation must have.
• Good to have Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) level I or II IIBA Certification (ECBA/CCBA/CCBA/AAC/CBDA/CCA/CPOA)
