Job Title : Java Developer

About the Job :

12+ years of experience in a product company, capable of taking on a leadership role while actively contributing as an experienced programmer. Prior exposure to domains like CPaaS, telecom, BFSI, or aviation would be preferred. Immediate joiners are required.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile-based team environment.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting high-quality solutions that align with business requirements and technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand business requirements and provide technical designs.

- Conduct root cause analysis and demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Develop and maintain new tools to facilitate unit testing and automation tasks.

- Ensure the quality of delivered code aligns with proposed architecture and design.

- Develop Java web applications, including SOAP and RESTful web services.

- Prepare build and deployment processes on Tomcat servers.

- Work on SQL queries and database operations.

- Collaborate within Agile teams and participate in development and maintenance projects.

- Perform web services testing and pre-production/prod environment validation.

- Support shifts on a rotational basis for maintenance projects.

Required Technical Skills :

- Core Java/J2EE

- Experience with Java 8, Spring, Hibernate, Microservices, Multithreading, and Data Structures & Algorithms.

- Proficiency in building and deploying applications on Tomcat servers.

- Expertise in developing SOAP & RESTful Web Services.

- Experience with SQL queries for database operations.

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Tools and Technologies :

- HPSA, Putty, SOAP UI - Expert level.

- DevOps Tools : Ant, Maven, Groovy, UCD, Jenkins, TeamCity, Jira - Moderate experience.

- Web services testing tools and environment shakedown activities - Moderate experience.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Proven Java Web Application Development experience.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

- Hands-on experience in build and deployment processes.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information :

- Flexibility to work in shifts and handle rotational maintenance projects is required.

- A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
