Location: Pune / Chandigarh / Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other developers to translate business requirements into functional software.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and technical documentation.
• Integrate with front-end developers and participate in end-to-end system design.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Java 8+, with strong understanding of OOP and design patterns.
• Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, etc.).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Microservices Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Experience with Hibernate / JPA.
• Hands-on with build tools like Maven/Gradle and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
• Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is desirable.
• Version control using Git.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, Angular/React).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
