Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and Oracle SQL/PLSQL, with a solid understanding of microservices architecture and AWS cloud services. Exposure to ReactJS is a plus. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance enterprise applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate.

Design and optimize database queries using SQL and PLSQL in Oracle for performance and efficiency.

Build and maintain microservices and integrate them with AWS cloud solutions.

Troubleshoot and debug complex production issues and enhance application performance and scalability.

Collaborate closely with business analysts, solution architects, and DevOps teams for seamless delivery.

Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote coding standards and best practices.

Deliver clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following agile development methodologies.

Analyze and resolve complex technical and business challenges effectively.

Required Skills & Experience:

5 to 8 years of experience in Java/J2EE backend development.

Strong expertise in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JPA, and Hibernate.

Proficient in Oracle SQL and PLSQL, with experience in performance tuning and query optimization.

In-depth understanding of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.

Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ or Kafka for asynchronous communication.

Exposure to ReactJS and ability to collaborate with front-end teams.

Familiar with software design patterns, SOLID principles, and industry-standard development practices.

Experience working with CI/CD tools, Git, and Agile project environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration tools.

Proficiency in deploying and managing applications on AWS (e.g., Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS).

Basic knowledge of front-end development concepts and integration.

Awareness of application security and performance optimization is the best practice in Java applications.
