Senior Java Fullstack Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with over 8 years of hands-on experience in development and team handling. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, along with a proven track record of leading development teams to success. The project requires working in a hybrid model from the office in Bangalore.

Your tasks

• Designing, developing, and maintaining middleware solutions using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
• Integrating messaging tools like Apache Kafka and AMQ into scalable architectures
• Working with relational databases such as Oracle to ensure data integrity and performance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions at speed
• Contributing to the improvement of agile practices and engineering maturity across the team
• Using tools like GitLab, Jenkins, and Tomcat for CI/CD and deployment pipelines
• Monitoring and troubleshooting using Splunk, Grafana, and AppDynamics
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in leading and mentoring development teams in a collaborative and high-performance environment
• Proficiency in full-stack development using Java, Spring, Spring Boot for back-end, and React.js, Node.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and Styled Components for front-end
• Strong skills in designing and integrating REST API services to enable seamless communication between systems
• Knowledge of database management and optimization using MongoDB and JPA
• Hands-on experience with real-time data processing using Kafka and application monitoring with Splunk
• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD processes using GitLab
• Readiness to hybrid work from the Bangalore office
