Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce instance to drive business efficiency and growth. You will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Salesforce platform, ensuring that it aligns with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Salesforce Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating and modifying fields, objects, workflows, and approval processes.
• User Management: Manage user access and permissions, roles, profiles, and security settings to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Data Management: Maintain data quality and integrity by monitoring data loads, resolving data discrepancies, and implementing data hygiene best practices.
• Integration Management: Collaborate with development and integration teams to manage data synchronization between Salesforce and other systems.
• Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Automation: Design and implement automation solutions using Process Builder, Flow, and Apex to streamline business processes.
• Maintenance and Upkeep: Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including managing updates, patches, and system enhancements.
• User Training: Develop and deliver user training programs to ensure efficient and effective use of Salesforce by employees.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to lead a team of Salesforce System Admins distributed across multiple scrum teams within a SAFe ART framework.
• Key activities include but are not limited to administration of Salesforce orgs and integrating systems, maintenance of users and profiles, devops and deployments, maintenance of configuration documentation.
• Trained and experienced on the salesforce.com platform
• Primary work is deployment of code and devops for SalesForce

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (Salesforce Certified Administrator) is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features, configuration, and best practices.
• Omnistudio experience.(3+years)
• Leadership experience (2+ years)
• Salesforce Sys Admin certified
• Experienced with sandbox refreshes
• Experienced with Vlocity ugrade process
• Experienced with SF release upgrades
• Experience with Lightning Experience is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator or other Salesforce certifications are a plus.
